AgencyAnalytics Alternatives: 7 Tools Compared on What 20 Clients Really Cost

By · October 28, 2026 · 9 min read

AgencyAnalytics charges $20 per client per month on annual billing, so the bill grows in step with the client list: 20 clients cost $400 a month before rank tracking or AI tracking is added. That pricing is fair for a large, well-built product, but it is the main reason agencies start comparing AgencyAnalytics alternatives once they pass ten or fifteen clients.

The alternatives charge in very different ways: per dashboard, per data source, per credit, per report or by client count. That makes headline prices hard to compare, so this guide prices one realistic agency on each tool, using only the figures each vendor publishes. We make AgencyReportr, one of the seven, and we say where the others are the better pick.

Key takeaways

  • AgencyAnalytics is $20 per client per month billed annually; rank tracking ($41.67 per 500 keywords) and AI tracking ($20.83 per 250 credits) cost extra.
  • Alternatives price per dashboard (DashThis), per data source (Swydo), per credit (Whatagraph), per report (Reporting Ninja), per account pack (Databox) or by client count (AgencyReportr).
  • At 20 clients the published monthly cost ranges from $0 to more than €699, depending on the model and what is bundled.
  • Only AgencyAnalytics and AgencyReportr report AI search visibility; most others need a separate rank tracker too.
  • AgencyAnalytics still wins on breadth: 90+ integrations, a client portal and MCP access in the base plan.

Why do agencies look for AgencyAnalytics alternatives?

Mostly because of how the price scales, not because the product falls short. On its pricing page, AgencyAnalytics lists one Core plan at $20 per client per month, billed annually, and says agencies with 25 or more clients can ask for volume pricing. White label, a custom domain, unlimited staff, a client portal and 90+ integrations are all included, which is generous.

Two things push costs up as an agency grows. First, every new client adds the full per-client fee, including small retainers that bring in little revenue. Second, the parts an SEO agency reports on most are add-ons: the Rank Tracker costs $41.67 a month per 500 keywords and the AI Tracker $20.83 a month per 250 credits, both billed annually. An agency tracking 50 keywords for each of 20 clients needs two rank tracker blocks before it has sent a single report.

What are the best AgencyAnalytics alternatives?

The seven AgencyAnalytics alternatives worth comparing are AgencyReportr, DashThis, Swydo, Whatagraph, Databox, Reporting Ninja and Google's free Data Studio with a paid connector. Here is how each one charges and what it includes, from each vendor's own pricing and integration pages, checked on 28 October 2026.

How does each AgencyAnalytics alternative compare?

AgencyReportr. A white label reporting tool that prices each platform (SEO and AI visibility, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, social media) by client count: Solo is $4 a month for one client, Growth from $29 a month for 10 clients, and Business from $169 a month for unlimited clients, about 20% less on annual billing. Keyword rank tracking and AI visibility tracking are part of the SEO plan rather than add-ons, and Amazon Ads is its own product. The trade-off is breadth: it connects far fewer platforms than AgencyAnalytics, and Google Business Profile and TikTok Ads are still coming soon.

DashThis. Charges per dashboard, not per client or source: Individual is $44 a month for 3 dashboards, Professional $139 for 10, Business $279 for 25 and Standard $429 for 50 or more, all on annual billing according to the DashThis pricing page. White label and a custom domain come with every plan. Rankings come in through Semrush, Ahrefs or keyword.com, which you pay for separately.

Swydo. One plan at €62 a month on annual billing with 10 data sources, then €4.50 for each extra source up to 100. No per-client fee, and white label plus custom domain hosting are included. It suits agencies whose clients use few sources each; it gets expensive when every client connects four or five.

Whatagraph. Built for teams with many sources and a bigger budget. Max starts from €699 a month billed annually with 50 credits, where one credit is one connected data account, and Prime is priced on request. Users and reports are unlimited and white label is included, but a custom report domain is not on Max and is a paid add-on on Prime.

Databox. A business dashboard tool with an agency plan from $79 a month on annual billing, plus $20 a month for each account pack of one client account and five data sources. White labeling is a separate $80 a month add-on. It is strong for internal KPI dashboards and goal tracking, less so for branded client reports.

Reporting Ninja. Charges by number of reports, from $20 a month for 10 reports up to $120 a month for 150 on annual billing, with unlimited users and a white-label client portal on every plan. It connects Amazon Ads and LinkedIn Ads, but has no rank tracking, and its pricing page does not mention a custom domain.

Data Studio with a connector. Google's free dashboard tool, formerly Looker Studio, connects Google Analytics, Search Console and Google Ads natively at no cost. Non-Google sources need a third-party connector such as Supermetrics, from $39 a month on annual billing for 2 sources. It can email scheduled PDFs, but there is no white label or rank tracking, and every client dashboard is maintained by hand.

What do 20 clients cost on each tool?

Take an SEO and PPC agency with 20 clients, each connecting Google Analytics, Search Console and Google Ads (60 data accounts), and 50 tracked keywords per client (1,000 in total). These are list prices on annual billing before tax, from the pricing pages above; where a vendor does not publish the figure, we say so.

ToolEstimated monthly costHow it adds up
Data Studio$0All three sources are native Google connectors; no white label or rank tracking
AgencyReportrAbout $95SEO plan with 1,000 keywords ($52) plus Google Ads plan ($23), each with $10 for 20 clients; rank tracking and AI visibility included
DashThis$279Business plan, 25 dashboards and 100 sources; rank data needs a separate tool
SwydoAbout €287€62 for 10 sources plus 50 more at €4.50; rank data needs a separate tool
AgencyAnalyticsAbout $483$400 for 20 clients plus two Rank Tracker blocks of 500 keywords ($83.34)
DataboxAbout $559Agency $79, 20 account packs at $20 and $80 white label, if each client needs its own pack
WhatagraphOver €699Max includes 50 credits; 60 accounts need extra credits, priced on request

Reporting Ninja is left out of the total because the number of reports in its middle plans is not listed; at 20 reports it falls between its $20 and $120 plans. AI visibility is only counted where it is included, since only two tools offer it at all.

Read the table as a starting point for comparing AgencyAnalytics alternatives, not as a quote. Your mix changes the answer: an agency with many clients but one source each favours Swydo or AgencyReportr, while one with few clients and dozens of sources each will find DashThis's per-dashboard model hard to beat.

When is AgencyAnalytics still the right choice?

AgencyAnalytics is the right choice when integration breadth matters more than price. Being honest about this avoids a switch you undo six months later.

How should you choose an AgencyAnalytics alternative?

Price your own agency, not a vendor's example. Four checks settle most decisions:

  1. List every source each client uses. Confirm each tool connects to all of them natively, without a paid connector.
  2. Price your real client count and the next step up. Work out the cost at today's client count and at 1.5 times it, because the pricing models diverge as you grow.
  3. Count the add-ons. Rank tracking, AI visibility, white label and a custom domain are included in some tools and billed separately in others.
  4. Time one new client. On the trial, set up one client from nothing to a sent report. Setup time per client is the cost no pricing page shows.

If your clients run mostly on Google, Meta and LinkedIn and you report SEO and AI search visibility, AgencyReportr is worth putting through that test. Compare its per-platform pricing with your current invoice.

AgencyAnalytics Alternatives FAQ

How much does AgencyAnalytics cost?

AgencyAnalytics lists its Core plan at $20 per client per month, billed annually, with white label and a custom domain included. Rank tracking is an add-on at $41.67 a month per 500 keywords and the AI Tracker is $20.83 a month per 250 credits, both billed annually. It offers a 14-day free trial without a card.

What is the cheapest AgencyAnalytics alternative?

It depends on how the tool charges. Google's Data Studio is free for Google sources but has no white label or rank tracking. Among white-label tools, the per-client-count and per-report models cost least at small and mid client counts: AgencyReportr starts at $4 a month for one client and Reporting Ninja at $20 a month for 10 reports on annual billing.

Which AgencyAnalytics alternatives include a custom domain?

AgencyReportr, DashThis and Swydo include white label and a custom domain on every plan. Whatagraph includes white label on both plans but not a custom domain on Max; on Prime it is a paid add-on. Databox sells branding and white-labeling as an $80 a month add-on.

Do AgencyAnalytics alternatives track AI search visibility?

Few do. AgencyAnalytics sells an AI Tracker add-on, and AgencyReportr includes AI visibility in its SEO plan, covering ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews with Claude optional. DashThis, Swydo, Databox, Reporting Ninja and Whatagraph list no AI visibility source on their integration pages.

When should an agency stay with AgencyAnalytics?

Stay if your clients depend on platforms other tools do not connect to, since it advertises 90+ integrations, or if you want a client portal and AI assistant access through MCP in the base plan. The case for switching is strongest when most clients use Google, Meta and a few ad platforms and per-client pricing is your biggest reporting cost.
