We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, use our services, or communicate with us. This includes:
We use the information we collect to:
When you connect a marketing platform (such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads or Amazon Ads), we access only the metrics needed to build your reports, using read-only permissions you grant. We never post on your behalf. Access tokens are encrypted at rest, and disconnecting a platform immediately deletes its token and cached metrics.
When you connect a Google account, we request read-only access to reporting data from the Google products you choose to link: Google Search Console (clicks, impressions, CTR, position, top queries and pages), Google Analytics (sessions, users, engaged sessions, events, landing pages and channels), Google Ads (campaign spend, impressions, clicks, conversions and search-term detail), and Google Business Profile (reviews and profile visibility and customer-action metrics). We use this data solely to generate the reports you and your agency create. We do not modify any settings, post content, or make changes in your Google accounts.
We do not sell your Google user data, and we do not transfer it to anyone except as necessary to provide the service you requested, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read it except with your explicit consent, where required for security or to comply with the law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
AgencyReportr's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can disconnect any Google connection at any time from Integrations, which immediately deletes its access token and cached data. See our Data Deletion Instructions.
We take reasonable measures to help protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. We use industry-standard encryption for data transmission and storage.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You can delete a single connection at any time from Integrations, or delete your entire account and all associated data. See our Data Deletion Instructions. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days.
We integrate with third-party services (Google, Meta, Amazon and others) to provide our services. These integrations are subject to their respective privacy policies. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the service and remember your session. You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area, you have certain data protection rights. You have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.
