Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

AgencyReportr is a subscription software service billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time, and we offer a satisfaction refund on your first billing as described below. This policy explains how cancellation and refunds work.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account under Settings → Billing, or by emailing [email protected]. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fee.

• When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and is not renewed after that.
• You keep access to your reports and data until the period ends. See our Data Deletion page for how to remove your data.

3. Refunds

• First-billing satisfaction refund: if AgencyReportr is not the right fit, contact us within 48 hours of your first plan payment and we will refund that payment in full.
• Trial activation charge: the nominal trial activation fee (for example $1 or the local equivalent) verifies your payment method and is non-refundable.
• After the first-billing window: because this is a subscription service you can cancel any time, we do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for the remainder of a billing period already started. Cancelling stops all future charges.
• Annual plans: the first-billing 48-hour window applies to annual plans too. After that window, an annual term is not refunded for unused months; you may cancel to prevent renewal.
• Duplicate or erroneous charges: if you are charged in error, contact us and we will investigate and refund any incorrect charge in full.

4. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with your account or agency name and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

5. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear after we process it.

6. Taxes (India)

For customers billed in INR, prices include applicable GST. Refunds are issued inclusive of any tax charged on the original payment.
