Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: September 14, 2026
AgencyReportr lets marketing agencies connect their own and their clients’ accounts (including Facebook, Instagram, Google and others) to build reports. You control that data and can remove it at any time using either method below.
Option 1: Disconnect a single platform
To remove the data pulled from one connected account (for example a Facebook Page or Instagram account) without deleting your AgencyReportr account:
- Sign in and open Integrations.
- Find the connected platform and choose Disconnect.
- We immediately revoke and delete the stored access token and purge the cached metrics for that connection.
Option 2: Close your entire account
The account owner can close the AgencyReportr account:
- Sign in and go to Settings.
- Select Close Account, enter your password and confirm.
What happens when you close your account
- Immediately: your plan is cancelled, nobody can sign in, and every connected platform is disconnected. We delete its access and refresh tokens (Facebook, Instagram, Google, and any others) at that moment.
- Your projects, reports and settings are kept for 365 days, so you can sign in and restore the account if you come back.
- After 365 days we permanently erase the account and all of its data, and email you to confirm it.
- We keep your email address afterwards only if you chose to receive product news when you closed the account. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Option 3: Erase everything now
If you do not want your data kept for 365 days, email us at [email protected] from your account email with the subject “Delete my data”. We erase the account and its data within 30 days and email you a confirmation. Backups are purged on their normal rotation. Records we are legally required to retain (for example billing records) are kept only for the period the law requires.
